The Venue:

Quality Hotel Lincoln Green is a 70 room hotel with a busy, well attended conference centre facility. Preparing to launch a brand new high quality Gastro Pub - a brand new ‘Good Home’ concept – in the coming weeks.

The Role:

A true kitchen manager leadership role where you will work with your Head Chef to develop and empower your brigade in a high volume, high pressure environment.

A superbly equipped kitchen provides you with all the tools to make it happen and with the major refurbishment project sees you well set to maximise the potential of this awesome, iconic venue.

About You:

·  Experienced, qualified, hands on, passionate & driven

·  Strong focus on leadership & brigade development

·  Creative, pragmatic, high vol kitchen mgmt. experience

·  Personable, professional | strong relationship mgmt. skills

·  Food Safety Certificate holder
