A shiny, brand new venue, Good Home Lincoln will create a home from home, where you can visit and enjoy the occasion to dine, drink or be entertained with family and friends.

Your local pub, delivering great service with a great menu and excellent beverage line up all within its unique, contemporary yet familiar atmosphere.

The Job:

•  Hands on leadership of large restaurant /  bar team

•  Team coaching & development in service systems & service

•  Shift mgmt. & high level customer service

•  Cash handling, reconciliation & reporting admin

A fresh new role for a seasoned food service focused Duty Manager where you’ll lead your team on the front line ensuring high level service and our great Good Home brand standards are delivered every time.

About You:

·  Proven high volume restaurant / food service systems experience

·  Strong customer service ethos & hands on style

·  Large team / busy shift mgmt. experience

·  Flexible, energetic, dynamic, motivated, solution focused

You know how it works – a fully booked restaurant for dinner, a buzzing bar and a motivated team looking up to their leader. A brand new venue and a raft of awesome career pathways awaits.  A current LCQ / GM cert is a plus as is knowledge of gaming procedures.
